All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are FOB Young Sign Co Inc, Leavenworth, KS, unless otherwise agreed to at the time of order.
Young Sign Co Inc provides it’s customers with reliable and high-quality products. We are committed to complete customer satisfaction. If a product is found to be defective we will replace or refund upon inspection of the product. Young Sign Co Inc stands behind our products and will make good on any products proven defective in materials or workmanship under normal use. Young Sign Co Inc’s liability for any defective product shall not exceed the original purchase price paid. In no event will Young Sign Co Inc be responsible for any incidental or consequential costs associated with the defective product, including but not limited to labor.
All products are designed to provide the user with a cost effective and durable product. If a product is found to be defective we will replace or refund it upon inspection of the product. Warranties do not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
NOTICE TO PURCHASER
Information contained on this site is believed to be reliable but neither accuracy nor completeness is guaranteed. Young Sign Co Inc and its vendors’ only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proven to be defective. Neither Young Sign Co Inc nor its vendors shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or indirect arising from the use or inability to use the products.
BANNER/CUSTOMIZED ITEMS SALES
All customized orders and products including but not limited to custom banner sales (blank or printed) are final and cannot be returned. The installation of a banner is as important if not more important than the material and finishing style selected. Because we have no control over how the banner is used or installed we only offer the warranty offered by the material manufacturer. This is limited to the cost of the material. Be sure you always pre-test for graphics adhesion before using. The customer assumes responsibility in determining product suitability for its intended use. Young Sign Co Inc’s only obligation shall be to replace product proven to be defective.
Customers may qualify for 30 day open accounts. Contact your Account Manager to complete a credit application. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Young Sign Co Inc must be notified of damaged orders or discrepancies within 7-days of order receipt. Returns must be made within 2-weeks of receiving authorization to return. All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization Number. Please call to receive this number and authorization. All returns will be inspected upon receipt and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Custom products cannot be returned.
We ship via FedEx whenever possible, or motor freight when sizes or weights warrant it. Overnight and two-day delivery are also possible. Customers can also arrange to pick up orders at our office.
Freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be added to the invoice total.
